The arrangement was done well and the angel is a beautiful memento to keep. One problem, the roses were fully open (as shown in the sample) but they were just past their prime. No doubt the arrangement was already looking old the next day, as the two roses were the main focal point. I expected the arrangement would look nice for several days, especially at the prices charged. I picked an arrangement for $99, and only found out about a $25 "service fee" in the final billing. So it is a mixed bag: it made ordering flowers very easy, the arrangement was skillfully arranged, the angel is nice, the arrangement was delivered when they said it would be, BUT the roses were not optimal and the pricing is not fully transparent. I wish there was a way I could download a photo. The picture shown with this review is of their premium arrangement for $125. That is another somewhat deceptive practice. The $99 arrangement is smaller and has two roses.

I was a little disappointed. The flowers looked a little wilted and there was another one exlactly alike. I would think his you order, they would know it’s been ordered already so there wouldn’t be 2 of the same! I would have appreciated that. The “fees and tax” of $36.21 is totally ridiculous! Yes I was told the total but it was not broke down. I will for now on just order from a local florist and not have such a high fee to have it taken to the funeral home. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice but apparently didn’t break down the fees.

Very pleased with my ordering experience. Arrived on-time and was absolutely beautiful. However, this arrangement is small! It's a lot smaller than I imagined. For the price I was expecting something larger; I can only assume that the statue is where the cost is. It's a beautiful/quality statue and I'm not unhappy, but if you order this, know that it is a small arrangement. Maybe a 1-1.5 ft wide and tall. I'll admit I did not read/look for the actual dimensions so perhaps I should have known this. Otherwise, beautiful memento for the family.
