I had good times with Tim when we went to Albion College in the 1970s. Tim is a kind and gentle soul with a good sense of humor.
I first met Tim in kindergarten at Burt School in Detroit (1957). He was always kind to his classmates and took leadership positions throughout ourvtime at Burt Elementary/Middle School and again at Redford High School. Tim was a fierce competitor while playing sports on the playground at Burt. He was a good athlete and occasionally, the team captain of a baseball, football, or soccer group.
I didn’t see Tim again after high school until a reunion of 1966 Burt School grads, in 2016. We had fun reminiscing over events 50 years ago.
As much as he enjoyed seeing everyone at the reunion, he was anxious to get back to his wife that night.
We’ll do more story-telling, when I see him next.
See ya later, amigo.
Michelle and family…….
Tim Schrank was one of the best men I have ever known. I worked got him at Family Foodland for almost 17 years. Best boss ever……. We all say it.
I considered him a friend.
Strict, had high expectations, made us all better for it. Had a great sense of humor…… he could dish it, but he could take it too.
Fair. Compassionate, LOVED by all of us……
God wanted him more ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Michelle and family - I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I remember how excited you all were when he got his new pontoon. I will keep you all in my prayers and anything I can do Michelle, just call me.

My brother Tim was the most selfless, generous and hard working person I’ve known. As is with many of us, in retrospect we should have taken better care of ourselves as we journeyed through life. Soar through the heavens and until we meet again, know that you are greatly missed and forever loved.
