Alden D. Green's Obituary
GREEN, ALDEN D. Age 95, of Leoni Township, passed away at his home under the loving care of his family and Grace Hospice on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Alden is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Kathryn M.; four children, Diana L. Kraus of Farmington Hills, MI, Mary C. Green of Leoni Township, James A. (Susan) Green of Okemos, MI and Margaret K. (Larry) Green-Rupp of Colorado; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. By trade, Alden was a Process Control Design Engineer who worked for Gilbert-Commonwealth and retired from Goodyear Tire. He and Kathryn were hobby farmers and he had a passion for flying, belonging to the Experimental Aircraft Association and model plane clubs. As was his request, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
