Arlene Rose Fisk's Obituary
Arlene Rose Fisk, 90, of Manchester passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Arlene’s family and friends will gather Monday, December 16, 2024 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Eineder Funeral Homes - Manchester Chapel. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am with the Interment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Manchester. Pastor David Buckholtz will officiate.
She was born on July 1, 1934, in Waltz, Michigan to Russell and Imo (Altenbernt) Fuller. Arlene married the love of her life, Clinton Fisk, on September 20, 1958, in Manchester, Michigan. They had 50 wonderful years together until his passing in 2008. She will be remembered for her selflessness influence and guidance to others, be it church or 4-H. Arlene is a graduate of Manchester High School, class of 1952. She was a 4-H leader for her entire adult life and a secretary for West Side Methodist Church in Ann Arbor for over 18 years. Arlene was lovingly referred to as a “People Collector” as she never met a stranger. She had a mind as sharp as a tack and never forgot a name or face. Arlene was an avid mountain dew drinker, right up to the end. She enjoyed arts, crafts and being an actual clown. Arlene was a very independent German lady that stubbornly loved her family above all else. She will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Arlene is survived by her sisters, Mary Lefever and Elaine Fuller; grandchildren Bradley Fisk and Shelby Weeg; step grandchildren Larry Angelocci and Brian Kupsov; and very special friends, Karen and Joel Tobias. She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Imo; husband, Clinton; son, Michael and daughter-in-law, Chris.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Our Family Friends and Hospice of Lenawee for their outstanding care of Arlene during her last days.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Camp Liberty of Manchester. Please leave a message of comfort for Arlene’s family or sign her guestbook at www.EinederFuneralHomes.com.
