She worked in the offices for a brief time at Mercy Hospital before becoming a full time wife and mother, positions at which she excelled. She loved her family immensely, as she lost her parents when she was young, Barb knew how important it was to appreciate and care for family. She lived in Michigan Center most of her life; for many years she enjoyed bowling, traveling in the camper to fish with her husband who she treated like a king. She enjoyed helping with many special dinners at the Center Three Horse Club. Barb loved being photographer and capturing the memories of events with pictures; always making extra copies for distributing to family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
Visitation following State of Michigan Covid-19 guidelines will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2 to 4 pm. Private services will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 with Pastor Cody Morehead from Heart O' The Lakes Church officiating.
