Betty M. Bristow's Obituary
Bristow, Betty M. Age 78, of Napoleon, passed away at home under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Hospice on Thursday, August 1, 2013. She is survived by three children, Carolyn (Bob) Garbarino, Martha Kahlia and David (Chris) Bristow; her mother, Louise F. Lines; eight grandchildren, April and Kelly Garbarino, Bradyn Huegel, Shawn Bouman, Brice Seifka, Eric and Tory Bristow and Luke Shellhammer; 12 great-grandchildren and sister, Sally (Ed) Krause. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard and father, Kenneth Lines. Betty was a retiree of Comerica Bank and a member of the Daughters of the Revolution Sarah Treet Chapter. She was a dedicated and active member of the Brooklyn Presbyterian Church and proudly served several terms as Deacon. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at the Church on Friday, August 9, 2013 at 12:00 pm with Reverend Christine Barnes officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church Thursday evening August 8th from 6 to 8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Brooklyn Presbyterian Church, Box 176, Brooklyn, MI 49230.
