Carl Edward Adams' Obituary
Adams, Carl Edward, Age 74, of Leoni Township, passed away at Allegiance Health February 28, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie, one son, Carl E. Adams, three stepchildren, Mary (John) Greenman, Susan (James) Fitzpatrick and George (Holly) Bunch, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, his brother, Ronald (Carolyn) Adams, three sisters, Frances (John) Potter, Alma Borelli and Yvonne (Leo) Hile, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Eva, two step-brothers, Leo and Jimmy and his parents, Leo E. and Rose E. (Bruno) Adams. Mr. Adams retired as a First Sgt. with the US Army after 22 years of service including multiple tours in Vietnam. Services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 11 am with Rev. Paul Hare from the Church of God of Prophecy officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, March 5, at 2:30 pm at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan with full military honors. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-8 pm. Contributions in his memory are directed to his wife to help defray his final expenses.
