Carrie Ann Sharp's Obituary
Carrie Ann Sharp, 54, of Brooklyn, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on, Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Carrie’s family and friends will gather Monday, October 13, 2025 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Eineder Funeral Homes - Brooklyn Chapel with the Lodge of Sorrow to be at 6:00 pm.
The family will hold a celebration of life on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Irish Hills Eagles, 9500 Wampler’s Lake Road, Brooklyn.
She was born on January 17, 1971, in Adrian, Michigan to Donald and Sally (Hewitt) Sharp. She will be remembered as being fun loving and creative. She and Doug attended many craft shows selling their custom jewelry. Carrie is a Sand Creek “Aggie” graduate. She was employed as a medical assistant instructor for over 20 years at Jackson Community College. Carrie loved living on the lake with her friends, listening to the Grateful Dead. She enjoyed the beauty of flowers and spending time with her family and her dog, Archie. Carrie is a member of the Irish Hills Eagles #3689. She will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Carrie will be missed by her significant other, Douglas Bartel; her children, Levi Herbig and Chloe Herbig; her dad, Donald Sharp; and a sister, Helen Miller. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sally Sharp.
