Charles Henry Bills' Obituary
Age 85, of Leoni Township, passed away March 22, 2016 at Allegiance Health. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marcia K., six children; Pamela (Chuck) Powell, Cheryl (Eddie) McKee, Lisa Roberts, Debbie Leeth, Karen McCullough and Charles ( Betty) Bills Jr., eleven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, siblings, Audrey Lattas, Dollie Teller, Imalee (Doug) Worden, LeRoy (Betty) Bills, Jim DePew, George (Shirley) DePew, Shirley (Richard) Harrison and Alice (Rich) Luther, sisters-in-law, Garnett DeForest, Karen Hammock and Sondra (Bob) Gilbertson, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Audley and Alice (maiden-Small) Bills, step-mother Leone Bills and several siblings. He served the nation in the US Army during the Korean War, retired from Clark Equipment Company, loved to fish and garden, and was a longtime and dedicated member of the Napoleon Lions Club. Mr. Bills has been cremated. A Memorial Service to honor his life will be held at the Harmony Baptist Church, 6475 Ann Arbor Road on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 11 am with Pastor Rod Walker officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service time. The family requests contributions in his memory be made to the Napoleon Lions White Cane Fund.
