Christa Ann Conner's Obituary
Our dear, sweet companion, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Christa Ann Conner, 65, passed away on May 28, 2023.
She was born on July 8, 1957, in Greenville, Indiana, a daughter of Richard Ivan Eash and Marilyn Joyce Dresbach. Christa grew up in Constantine, Michigan and married her sweetheart, Robert James Conner, August 14, 1981. They were later sealed together for all time and eternity in the Washington, DC LDS Temple. They had 41 wonderful years together. Christa enjoyed decorating, crafting, raising beautiful flowers, and organizing and attending anything that involved her family. She loved music and celebrating holidays and had a beautiful voice that we all enjoyed. Christa has been very active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving in the positions of ward music coordinator and multiple primary teacher callings. She loved the scenery that Michigan offered and enjoyed many years of traveling up north to spend time at the Great Lakes.
Christa is survived by her husband, Robert; her children, Angela (Matthew) Gormley, Michael (Jamie) Jewell, Aaron (Lindsey) Conner, and Beth Ahler; her mother, Marilyn (Dresbach) Greening; her sisters, Pam (Kim) Prowett, Linda (Dan) Sailor, Terry (Rick) Sailor, and brother, Rod Eash; 10 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Eash, and son-in-law, Doug Ahler.
A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 3019 W Morrell St, Jackson, MI 49203.
