Clarence Lee Brown's Obituary
Clarence “Charlie” Lee Brown, 90, of Napoleon Township, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Henry Ford Hospice Home in Jackson Michigan. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Lou (Hynes) Brown, five children, Linda Benti, Cheryn (David) Barnett, Kimberly Lorenze, Karen Jackson, and Michael (Heather) Brown, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, LaVern Brown, sister Beverly Collett and parents, Harold M. and Estella M (Stump) Brown. He was a 1952 graduate of Napolean High School, served the nation in the US Navy during the Korean War, went on to serve in the Michigan National Guard for 26 years, was a member of the American Legion Rose City Post #324 and the Napoleon Lodge #301 Free and Accepted Masons, retired as a tool and die maker, devoted husband and enjoyed woodworking.
Services will be held at a later date. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO BOX 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
