Coral Jean Swank's Obituary
Age 77, of Leoni Township, passed away at home August 7, 2016 under the loving care of her family and Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice. She is survived by three children, Randy Swank, Dot (Michael) Toth and Rick Swank, daughter-in-law, Teri Swank, 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Nick, parents, Harry and Pearl (LaCrone) Lafountain and six siblings. Coral had worked as a caregiver at Vista Grande Villa and as a teacher's aide at Michigan Center Schools for many years. She was warm and loving and all the kids in the neighborhood called her mom. Mrs. Swank has been cremated. A gathering to honor her life will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3634, 302 Fifth Street, Michigan Center. Kaye Swann-Peterson will officiate at the service.
