Daniel Dean Krieghoff's Obituary
Krieghoff, Daniel D., Of Jackson, aged 87. passed away at the Jacqueline House Assisted Living, Cement City April 9, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley M., three children; Marsha (Bob) DuQuette, Diane (Michael) Pitcher and Dean (Jill) Krieghoff and six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. He was a US Navy Veteran of World War II earning a Bronze Star, retired after a career as an agent for Western-Southern Insurance and enjoyed golf. Mr. Krieghoff has been cremated. Burial of his cremated remains will be held with military honors in the Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. Contributions in his memory are directed to the American Cancer Society or Allegiance Hospice.
