Darlene Moorehead's Obituary
Age 62, of Summit Township, passed away Sunday October 31, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. She is survived by her husband of 43 years; Dewey W. Moorehead, two daughters; Kasey (Jason) Rimert and Kimberly Jaquish, three grandchildren; Jordan (Danielle Cheney) Rimert, Taylor Rimert and Trenton Jaquish, one sister; Carolyn Bradley, mother; Juanita Bailey, special long time friends; Rosemary Embury and Melinda Labun, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved feline friends; Ripley and Smokey. She was preceded in death by her father; Burl Eugene Bradley. Darlene graduated from Northwest High School Class of 1977. She was a long time Health and Information worker at various medical offices and most recently at the Center For Family Health in Jackson. She enjoyed family times, reading, sewing and loved yellow roses. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at the funeral home Saturday November 6, 2021 at 11 am with Pastor Dyke Cyphers of the Rives Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 am until service time. Contributions in her memory are directed to her family to assist with her medical expenses.
