Darlene J. Overmyer's Obituary
Age 89, of Leoni Township, passed away at Arbor Manor December 17, 2014. She is survived by her children, Linda Sue (John) Schultz, Jill (Donny) Walz and Brad (Kim) Overmyer, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, sister Sharon (maiden-Pratt) Patton, sister in law, Mary Lou Overmyer, cherished friend, Yolanda Crabtree and families. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Howard Overmyer in 2003, parents Max and Syrene (maiden-Dodge) Hart and Clinton Pratt, and two children, Reed K. and Kim M. Overmyer. She was a life time member of the Child Study and Craftfinders Clubs, American Legion Rose City Post Ladies Auxiliary and spent many years with her friends at the Senior Activities Center. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who loved her dearly. Mrs. Overmyer has been cremated and no public services will be held. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
