David Lee Marr's Obituary
Age 80, of Michigan Center, passed away at Henry Ford Allegiance Health February 14, 2020. He is survived by his wife; Georgene, step-daughter; Lynette (Will Brooks) Cormier and step-granddaughter; Scarlet Brooks, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; George and Mildred (maiden-Runquist) Marr, and his siblings; Allan and Marilyn. He was born July 19, 1939, proudly served the nation in the US Air Force Vietnam War Era. He was a retiree of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and the United States Enrichment Corporation. He was a long time member of the Christ Lutheran Church and the American Legion Rose City Post and enjoyed golfing in the Goodyear Leagues. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, February 21, 2020 at 11 am with Pastor Ryan Prondzinski officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery with military honors by the Jackson County American Legion Ritual Team. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening 6-8 pm and on Friday 10 am until service time. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Christ Lutheran Church.
