Debra Jean Blossom's Obituary
Age 63, of Jackson, passed away under the loving care of her daughter and the staff at the Henry Ford Hospice Home on September 3, 2022. Debra was born in Grand Rapids on January 21, 1959, the daughter of Marian E. Copenhaver. She married Todd Blossom who preceded her in death in 2019.
Debra is survived by her beloved family, her daughter, Rachael Denslow; mother, Marian Copenhaver; brother, Tim Copenhaver; sisters-in-law, Alisa Rivera, Kay (Kevin) Buckner and Nancy Partridge; several nieces and nephews.
Debra earned her Associates Degree and had worked in medical offices. She was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church, 2395 W. High Street, Jackson, MI 49203, where a memorial service to honor her life will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 3:00 pm with Pastors Devin Robertson and Michael Mason officiating. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment of cremated remains next to her husband will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Henry Ford Hospice Home or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in her honor and memory.
