Denise A. DeLand (maiden-Goble, Worden)'s Obituary
Age 62, of Grass Lake, passed away at her home March 5, 2016. She is survived by her son, Scott L. (Karri) Worden, two grandchildren, Katie and Ryan Worden, sister Karen (Gary) Merritt, nieces and nephews, Tasha (Anthony) Knight, Jaime (Dave) Lawrence, Leigh (Chris) Hays and Brock Merritt, her father, David Goble, several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her husband Greg DeLand and mother Hannah J. (maiden-Davis) Goble. Denise was a 1971 graduate of Parkside High School, retired after 32 years as the Office Manager of the Boy Scouts of America Council in Jackson and Ann Arbor, and was an avid scrap booker. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:30 pm with Pastor Andy Merritt officiating. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Napoleon. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday evening, 5-8 pm.
