Dennis Lee Cross' Obituary
Dennis Lee Cross, 72, of Jackson, Michigan passed away December 1, 2025, at his home, under the loving care of his family and Henry Ford Hospice. Dennis’ family and friends will gather 10:00 a.m. – 11:00a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Apostolic Tabernacle 1249 Ambs Dr., Jackson, Michigan. His funeral service will follow at 11:00a.m. with Pastor Ken Bass presiding.
He was born on November 10, 1953, in Jackson, Michigan, to Albert and Elsie (Wright) Cross. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dennis was a proud veteran of the United States Marines. He loved to work on cars, going to car shows and in his younger days, ride his motorcycle. When winter came you could find Dennis traveling the south, including Texas, Tennessee and Vegas, Nevada. But most of all, his greatest joy was when he was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Dennis will be greatly missed by his wife, Denise; his children, Troy (Amy) Watson, Cliff (Branda) White, Charles (Brooke) Cross and Denise M. Cross, Molly Johnston, Aaron Johnston and Emily Kelley; brothers, Doug (Pat) Cross and Dave Cross; 16 grandchildren; 3 and one on the way great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Elsie and his daughter, Shelia Pendergrass.
