Dolores V. Frey's Obituary
Age 81, of Grass Lake, passed away at her winter home in Sierra Vista, AZ on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. She was born, April 4, 1935 in Michigan Center to Horace and Virginia Coppernoll who later resided in Grass Lake. Dolores is survived by her loving family; seven children, Stephen and Tamara (Guild) Frey, Louis Frey, Anthony Frey, Gerald and Sally (Hunt) Frey, Jr., Diana Thomas, John and Glenda (Hall) Frey and Jeff Frey; 37 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; seven brothers, Harry (June), Michael (Betty), George (Florence), William (Sharon), Daniel, Horace (Laura) II and Floyd (Margot) Coppernoll; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Frey in January of 2016; parents; son, Christopher Frey; grandson, Andrew Louis Frey; great-grandchild, MaKenna Frey; sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and Don Boss. Dolores was retired from Chelsea Milling Company (Jiffy) and was an avid traveler, visiting all 50 states and 18 foreign countries. She was a Parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 913 Napoleon Road, Michigan Center, MI 49254 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 11:00 am with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. A luncheon will follow the services and then interment will take place at Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery in Manchester. Visitation will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home, 820 5th Street, Michigan Center, MI 49254 on Monday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:30 pm and visitation at the church on Tuesday beginning at 10 am.
