Donald Leon Freeland's Obituary
Freeland, Donald Leon Age 78, of Leoni Township, was called to Heaven Sunday, June 16, 2013. He is survived by six children, Debbie (Leo) Allen, Dianne (Chuck) DeBoe, Mark (Cathy) Freeland, Perry (Colleen) Freeland, Jeff Freeland and Jill Freeland, ten grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Angela, Mark A., Joshua, Kelsey, Morgan, Casey, Justin and Jessica, sisters, Ruth (Jack) Nissen, Catherine (Donald) Ackerman, brother Jack (Nancy) Freeland. He was preceded into eternity by his wife LinDora (Perry) Freeland, father Howard Freeland, mother Lela Mae Freeland and brother Howard Freeland. Donald attended Grass Lake High School, loved basketball, football, fishing, bowling and fixing up cars. He was a Sheet Metal Worker for many years at Midwest Ind., and a master of all trades. Services will be held at St. Aidan's Church, 361 E. Grove, Michigan Center on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 1:30 pm. Renelle Brickner will officiate. Interment Leoni Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Contributions in his memory are directed to his family for their needs and wishes.
