Donald W. Vandeventer's Obituary
Vandeventer, Donald W. Age 84, of Michigan Center, passed away January 10, 2013 at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility. He is survived by his wife, Carol A.; two children, Janet (David) Branch and Daniel (Melody) Vandeventer; three step-children, Peggy (Greg) Bobzien, Pamela (Glen) Beegle and Steven (Jennifer) Lounsbery; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. He was a lifelong area resident, retired from Clark Equipment Company, was a devoted member of the Michigan Center Lions Club, also the Jackson Sno-Roamers Snowmobile Club, the FOE Aerie 3634, Michigan Center and a Life Member of the Jackson Moose. Services will be held at the funeral home Monday, January 14, 2014 at 11 am. Visitation Sunday 4 to 8 pm with a Lions Club Memorial Service at 7:30 pm. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Michigan Center Lions Club, Allegiance Hospice or the Alzheimers Association.
