Doris Jean Fraser (Rollins, Ash)'s Obituary
Age 90, of Jackson, passed away peacefully February 2, 2016 at her son's home under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Caring Hospice. She is survived by two children; Marsha Rollins and Michael (Joanne) Rollins, two grandchildren; Bryan Rollins and Jennifer (Tony) Brooks, four great-grandchildren; Devon Pond, Tony, Sophia and Savanna Brooks, and her special hairdresser friend who made her look beautiful for thirty years, Lori. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Melvin Rollins and Gordon Fraser, grandchild Leslie Rollins, brothers Robert and Lowell Ash and her parents, Roy and Hazel (Clark) Ash. Doris worked many years as a clothes presser and cleaner at Christian Cleaners and Suds-Z. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Her family wants to give their heartfelt thanks to her many friends at Park Forest and the Hospice caregivers, especially Pam. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
