Edmon "Ed" Lee Yarbrough's Obituary
Edmon “Ed” Lee Yarbrough, Age 77, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023. Ed’s family and friends will gather Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Friday, October 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel (Formerly Arthur-Day Funeral Home). His funeral service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel. Pastor John White will be officiating.
Ed was born on March 6, 1946, in Jackson, Michigan to Edmon and Anna (Sierminski) Yarbrough. Ed graduated from Napoleon High School, Napoleon, Michigan and then joined the Army. He was a proud veteran active in many local legions, including The Rose City Post, Michigan Center Eagles, and more. He especially loved his fellow Rose City Post Motorcyclists. Ed’s friends at the Legion introduced him to the love of his life, Doris. Ed and Doris spent more than 12 happy years together.
Ed will be missed by his special friend, Doris, his sister, Lorraine McDowl, half – brother, Bob; his daughters; Michelle Yarbrough and Melissa (Nate) Dickens, 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and the LaForge Family. He is preceded in death his parents, Edmon and Anna Yarbrough.
