Edward Warren Robinson Jr.'s Obituary
Edward “Eddie” Warren Robinson Jr passed away Friday, July 14, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. A private family gathering for Eddie will be held at Eineder Funeral Homes, formerly Arthur-Day funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Eddie was born on July 6, 1947, in Jackson, Michigan to Edward and Angeline (Milligan) Robinson. Eddie was a proud veteran, serving in the Army’s 9th Infantry Division during the Vietnam War where he was awarded the Purple Heart. Eddie loved to play cards, especially Poker. Eddie loved to travel to Las Vegas to play Poker with his parents, sister, and brother-in-law. He looked forward to the family gatherings every year, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas, because of the family Poker Game. Along with playing cards, Eddie really enjoyed watching football.
Eddie will be missed by his children; Jeffrey (Nicki) Robinson, Julie (Charles) Steele, Sister, Sharon (David) McCord, Grandchildren; Joshua (Heather) Robinson, Ariel Robinson, Great Grandchildren; Rafael Robinson, Kaizon Harrell and Aria Robinson, several nieces and nephews, sharing a very special bond with his nephews, Brian, Mike and Corey McCord. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Angeline Robinson, and his brother, Gary Robinson.
