Elva Heslip and I met at Cambrian Assisted Living, Tecumseh. We were both there with our sons. We became very dear friends. When the time came that she had to leave, I cried like a baby. It didn't seem possible that I could go on without her, but I have those precious memories that will be with me always. My condolences are wished for the family.
I always enjoyed talking to elva. She had such a calming voice. They were such good neighbors. Remember them coming to house when my dad died. She took such good care of her mom and david. You have my sympathy. I'm sure you will miss her and have good memories to help you thru this grief.
What a beautiful lady. I knew her growing up and also was honored to sell her home in Brooklyn. She was so kind. My prayers and condolences to all of the family.
