Esther L. Wuckert's Obituary
.Age 89, of Jackson went to walk with the Lord Jesus on March 26, 2015, at Allegiance Health. She is survived by four children, Carol (John) Tribble, Beverly (Charl) Greene, Steven (Connie) Wuckert, and Marcia Paul. Esther has seven grandchildren: Heather (Scott) Furnas, Adam (Kate) Greene, Joel (Sarah) Greene, Lindsey (George) Schweitzer, Shelley Greene, Laura Paul (Terry Matzke - fiancAC.), Ryan (Amanda) Paul, and seven great-grandchildren: Noah, Aaron, Evelyn, Moira, Madelyn, Bryna, and Nathaniel. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Arthur E. Wuckert in 2012, and by three siblings. Esther retired from Jackson Public Schools after twenty years of teaching. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and singing in the church choir, and she was a dedicated member of St. James Lutheran Church, 4425 S. Jackson Road. A memorial service honoring her life will be held at the church on Saturday, April 18, with the Reverend David Brobston officiating. Family will greet guests at 10:00 AM with service at 11:00. Interment of cremains will follow in the church columbarium. Contributions in her memory are directed to the church.
