Ethel E. Thompson's Obituary
Age 89, of Leoni Township, passed away at her home on Saturday, August 4, 2018 under the loving care of her family and Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Thompson in 2005; brother, Johnny Horness and sisters, Dorothy Horness, Eleanor Chesley and infant sister, Ethel Horness. Ethel is survived by three children, Cheri, Rocky and Tami; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Ethel worked with her husband Joe at their family business, L & T Electric in Jackson. She also enjoyed bowling, sewing and gardening. Cremation has taken place and service to celebrate Ethel's life will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park's Oak Chapel on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Larry Rubingh officiating. For those who wish, contributions in her memory to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice would be appreciated.
