Everett Charles Farr's Obituary
Farr, Everett Charles Age 91, of Parma Township, formerly of Michigan Center, passed away at home under the loving care of his family and Great Lakes Hospice April 26, 2014. He is survived by two daughters, Machell (Joey Lee) Dunlap and Diane Lynn Flack, five grandchildren, Donnie and Tim Farr, Cody Kulas, Amanda Parnell and Dustin Dunlap, seven great-grandchildren, former son-in-law Shawn Kulas and several cousins. He was preceded in death by two wives, Cecilia and Phyllis, and his siblings. He was a retired production worker with Hayes-Albion (Harvard Industries) and had worked driving school bus and in the custodial departments of Michigan Center Public, Queens and St. Johns Parish Schools. He served the nation in the Army, World War II, participating in the Rhineland, Central Europe, Normandy, Northern France and Ardennes, meriting five bronze battle stars. Mr. Farr has been cremated and a private interment services with full military honors will be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Great Lakes Hospice.
