Florence Mae Sutton's Obituary
Age 85, of Michigan Center, passed away at her home October 10, 2014 under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Hospice. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, George Malcolm Sutton, four children, Kathleen (David) Schwandt, Debra (Norman) Soli, Sharon (Thomas) Miller and Daniel (Brenda) Sutton, six grandchildren, Angela (Ben) Shinabery, Lauren Miller, Kevin (Elaine) Soli, Erin Sutton, Megan (Chris) Nevarez and Megan (Alex) Mercado, three great-grandchildren, Levi, Luke and Lydia Shinabery, two siblings, Ruth Schierling and Charles (Joan) Caddy, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Clara Belle (maiden-Mitchell) Caddy, siblings, John and Leroy Caddy, Pearl Nicholas and Esther Conner and her grandson Joshua Sutton. She retired from the National Bank of Detroit as a teller after 25 years service and was a member of the Michigan Center Bible Church (150 Broad St., Michigan Center) where a Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 at 3 pm with Pastor John Tovey officiating. Contributions in her memory are directed to her church or the Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
