Frances Magreta's Obituary
Frances Magreta, 84, of Brooklyn, MI, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at her home. Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
She was born on August 31, 1941, in Detroit, MI, to Francis and Lottie (Kowalski) Magreta. Frances acquired an Associate Degree for nursing. She spent her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, which she loved. Frances enjoyed learning about holistic medical techniques and she loved reading.
Frances will be missed by her children, who she adored, Dale Conklin, Darla Macek and Daniel Conklin; her siblings, Stanley Magreta and Leona “Lee” Jaskolski; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Raymond Magreta.
