Frank Richard ""Rick"" Jurewicz's Obituary
Age 67, of Jackson, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank S. Jurewicz Jr. and a teen brother, Robert. Rick is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Karen L. (Hoch) Jurewicz; daughter, Sarah Jurewicz of Port Charlotte, FL; sons, Scott Jurewicz of Jackson and Stephen Jurewicz of Cleveland, OH; cherished grandson, Wyatt Jurewicz; his mother, Orma Jurewicz; sister, Nancy (Ed) Marvin; brother, Randy (Eugenia) Lashbrook; sister-in-law, Norma (Ken) Cooper; all of Jackson, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of Napoleon High School. He then went on to careers with Heat Controller, Die Cast Corporation and retired from the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier. Rick enjoyed time spent with his grandson and children. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Michigan Center where a Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Noon with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and then on Wednesday at the church beginning at 11 am.
