Franklin D. Sayre's Obituary
Age 81, of Pleasant Lake, passed away, Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary K.; sister, Irene (Bill) Faber; sister-in-law, Reta Sayre; several nieces and nephews. Franklin was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church, 4815 E. Territorial Road, Pleasant Lake, MI 49272, where a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Christine Pease officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Jackson County American Legion Ritual Team. For those who wish, contributions in Franklin's memory to his church or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
