Geneva Alber's Obituary
Geneva Alber, 97, passed away May 5, 2023 at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. A private interment of ashes will take place at Roseland Memorial Gardens.
Geneva was born on November 12, 1925, in Adrian, Michigan to Samuel and Albertine (Mobbs) Davis. Geneva married the love of her life, Robert Lewis Alber, and they were together for over forty years until his passing. She was a life-long resident of Leoni Twp. Geneva spent many years as a manager at the Sears store in Jackson. In her leisure time she enjoyed reading and sewing.
Geneva will be missed by her children, Sandy Alber; Bobbie (Bob) Shannon; Bonnie Jean Johnson; her sister, Irene Meers; grandchildren, Michelle Brubaker; Erin Howe; Tina Perrin; Craig Shannon; Kevin Shannon; Theresa Bonds; Carrie Cabins; Linda Owens; Donny Owens; Danielle LeFere; Natalie Harrington; twenty great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and a daughter, Linda Harrington.
