George Clinton Downard's Obituary
Age 71, of Lansing, formerly of Jackson, passed away at Sparrow Hospital January 20, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Glenda C., five children; Robin (Larry) Harley, John Downard, Rhonda (Eddie) Beebe, Rochelle Youmans and Roxanne Luna, sister, Connie Luce, brother Cletus McKee, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of General Motors and enjoyed Bluegrass music. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11 am with Rev. Richard Brooks officiating. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday evening 6-8 pm.
