Gerald Joseph Cleunion's Obituary
Age 9, 0f Jackson, passed away peacefully in the glow of his family's love and under the care of Arbor Hospice at home August 28, 2016. Gerald is survived by his parents, Maggie Rodriguez-Mendoza and Terry L. Cleunion, brother Gavin L. Cleunion, his beloved dogs, Summer and Bella, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Gerald was little in size with the strength of Iron Man, had an infectious smile and was an inspiration to many. He was a student at Northwest Early Elementary School, 3735 Lansing Avenue, Jackson, where services will be held Friday, September 2, 2016 at 1 pm with Pastor James Haldane, First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Interment to follow. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. No visitation Thursday. Contributions in Gerald's Memory are directed to SUPER GERALD at Fifth-Third Bank. The family asks all attending his service to wear their Super Gerald Shirts or any superhero shirt in his honor.
