Gregg Michael Sauer's Obituary
Age 46, of Leoni Township, passed away at his home January 25, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Christine A., two sons, Colin (Sydney) Sauer and Zane Sauer, his mother, Patricia (Miles) Conley, his father, Bill (Chris) Sauer, brother, William Sauer, two nephews, Griffin and Jason Sauer, and his beloved canine furbabys, Champ and Shorty.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Sauer. Gregg graduated from East Jackson High School Class of 1989, worked many years at MACI, coached baseball for the East Jackson Youth League and enjoyed golf. He was a great all around guy who hated conflicts. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to Celebrate his life will be held at the East Jackson High School Bruce Van Eyck Auditorium Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11 am with Rev. Eric Iden of the Calvary United Methodist Church officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening, January 27, 2017 from 5-8 pm. Contributions in his memory are directed to his sons, Colin and Zane or the charity of choice.
