Harold E. Jones' Obituary
JONES, HAROLD E. Age 94, of Blackman Township, passed away at Faith Haven Care Centre on December 31, 2012. He is survived by one son, Philip H., of Jackson; several cousins, nieces and nephews in Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances and son, William. Harold was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1942 to 1946; he was retired from Goodyear Tire in 1980 as a Night Superintendent. He enjoyed sports, gardening and housekeeping. At his request, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Byron Maynard officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time. Military Honors will be provided by the Jackson County American Legion Ritual Team.
