Helen Josephine Baker's Obituary
Baker (Weaver), Helen Josephine, ""Jo"" Aged 92, a longtime resident of Napoleon Township and Spring Arbor, passed away May 1, 2013 at the Arbor Manor Care Center. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Chester Baker (Ret.); seven children; Dianna (Bob) Sharp, Michael (Kay) Weaver, Loraine (David) Bartholomew, Daniel (Cindy) Weaver, Gail Weaver, Rex (Pam) Weaver and Kevin Weaver; fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Doris (Jim) Zabel and brother, Hubert (Mary Helen) Hoadley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Weaver in 1988. Jo was a Nurse's Aid at Arbor Manor and the former Marlin Manor for many years; and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Services will be held at the funeral home Saturday, May 4, 2013, 11 am with Rev. Ward Sipes officiating. Interment Pulaski Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday evening 5-8 pm. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church.
