Helen J. Graham's Obituary
Age 88, of Jackson, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at Brightside Assisted Living & Memory Care. Helen is survived by eight children, Linda Gillard, Kathy Smith, Charlie Gillard, Jerry Gillard, Randy Gillard, Sharon Gillard-Hampton, Lois Kurts and Tommy Carey; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other extended family members. She worked many years as a crossing guard with the Jackson Public Schools, up until declining vision caused her to have to retire from a job she truly loved. Helen was a longtime member of the Page Avenue Baptist Church, 5023 Page Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201 where a funeral service to honor her life will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Noon with Pastor Phil Draffen officiating. Interment will follow at the Page Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church beginning one hour prior to the service time.
