Howard Junior Wright's Obituary
Howard Junior Wright, Age 70, of Jackson, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Howard’s family and friends will gather Monday, May 22, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Eineder Funeral Home - Michigan Center Chapel and on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Christ Lutheran Church at 10:00 a.m.. The service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Robert Martin to officiate the service.
He was born on October 23, 1952, in Jackson, Michigan to Howard and Lena (Shepherd) Wright. Howard married the love of his life, Roxanne, in 1973 at the First Presbyterian Church of Stockbridge. He will be remembered as a family man, especially when it came to his grandkids. Howard loved to fish, hunt and camp. He also enjoyed telling his “fish” tales and playing jokes on everyone. Howard enjoyed grilling, but his specialty was roasting pigs.
Howard will be missed by his beloved wife, Roxanne; his children, Scott (Mandy) Wright, Danny (Robyn) Wright, Carrie (Scott) Williams, Jeremy (Salida) Wright; Sisters, Charlene (Todd) Myers, Tammy (LeRoy) Young, Barbara Schwer
and Sharon Shinn; and Grandchildren; Keayra Wright, Samayra Wright, Henry Wright, Sonja Wright, Orrin Wright, Lena Wright, Evelyn Wright, Ruby Wright, Colton Williams, Emmarie Williams, and Audrey Williams. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Karen Charles and granddaughter, Callie Williams.
