Jackie Elaine Butterfield's Obituary
Butterfield, Jackie E., age 66, of Ackerson Lake, passed away peacefully on October 29th 2012 at her home under the loving care of her family and Allegiance Hospice. She was born February 19th 1946 in Jackson Michigan. Surviving are her husband Roger Butterfield, son Robert (Debbie) Heistan, step-children Brian (Joy) Butterfield and Brenda (Tim) Blough, brothers Bo Martin and Jim (Natalie) Dwyer, half-brothers Barry Dwyer, Jack Martin Jr, and Bubba Martin, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a special aunt Janice Kalmbach. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Martin Sr., mother Ruth Dwyer, and daughter Sherry Martin Thornton. Jackie especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren on the lake. Jackie retired from the Elks Lodge after 20 years of service. Mrs. Butterfield has been cremated. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at the funeral home Friday 11 am with Pastor Chuck McNeal officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday evening, 6 - 8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Jackson Interfaith Shelter.
