Jacob Garrison Moore's Obituary
Age 23, of Michigan Center, passed away at Allegiance Health November 25, 2015. He is survived by his beloved son; Aaden Scott Seagraves, parents; William and Lisa Moore, beloved sister; Jenna Moore, grandparents; Debra and Gary Springer and Gary and Linda Moore, two great-grandmothers; Letha Springer and Jean Miller, special aunts; Shara Springer and Toni Moore, several aunts and uncles, special cousins; Kalie, Kasey, Linda and Chaz and many friends. He was preceded in death by his great-great grandmother, Eva Halladay, great grandparents; Neal Springer, Ray and Wanda Moore, Eleanor and Elwin Wing and Wesley Miller and great-uncles; Paul Wing, Mickey and Steven Moore. Jacob was an adoring father, brother and son; he had a big heart filled with kindness to all. He loved to laugh and also make those around him laugh. He treasured the times dirt biking with his dad and friends, being outdoors on his grandparent's farm and playing sports, especially wrestling. He took pride in helping others and for those who knew him, keeping it real. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 12:30 pm with Reverend Richard Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 am until service time. Contributions in his memory are directed to his family to help defray his final expense.
