James Edward Kawzinsky Jr's Obituary
James Edward Kawzinsky, 60, of Michigan Center, MI, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026, under the care of Henry Ford Hospice. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. James was born on April 21, 1965, in Jackson, MI, to James and Judy (Pepper) Kawzinsky. He graduated from Michigan Center High School in 1983.
James will be missed by his mother, Judy (Terry) Mann of Michigan Center, MI; his sisters, Glenna (Ray) Cavanaugh of Jackson, MI, and Michelle (Terry Smith) Kawzinsky of Michigan Center, MI; his nephews, Jason (Kayla) Smith, Jacob Kinch and Aaron (Libby) Smith; his great nieces, Tiegan (Ty Rupert) Smith, Sofia Smith and Quinn Bentley; his great nephew, Mason Bentley; many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, James E. Kawzinsky Sr.; his grandparents, Ralph (Francis) Pepper and Maxine Adamo; his aunt, Sandy Brzozowski; and his uncle, Milton Pepper.
