James Joseph Rosynek's Obituary
James “Jim” Joseph Rosynek, 77, of Jackson, Michigan passed away peacefully at home January 27, 2025. Jim’s family and friends will gather from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2025, and Tuesday February 4, 2025, from10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with his funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel, with Janet Rochefort officiating. Burial will take place at Norvell Cemetery.
Jim was born on December 28,1947 in Jackson, Michigan to Joseph and Madeline (Burton) Rosynek. Jim married Cindy Lewis on November 19, 1983, and they spent many wonderful years together until her passing in 2003. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and friend.
Jim loved to be outdoors, taking care of his lawn, gardening and going fishing. He could often be found “tinkering” with his woodworking projects. Jim liked watching all types of sports. GO Lions! GO State! But, most of all he especially enjoyed and loved his grandsons.
Jim will be missed by his children, Andrea (Kevin) Hinesman and Joseph Rosynek; siblings, Joan Iverson, Jill Cochran , Joy Rosynek, Janet Rochefort and Jay (Marilyn) Rosynek; grandchildren Blaine and Bryce Hinesman; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friend Mary Weaver.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Madeline, his wife Cindy, siblings, Judy Mohlman and Dick Rosynek and brother in laws, Duane, Gary and Ray.
