Janet Reisinger Bradley's Obituary
Janet Reisinger Bradley, 77, of Brooklyn passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 peacefully with her loving family by her side at Faith Haven Senior Care Centre, Jackson. Janet’s family and friends will gather Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Eineder Funeral Homes - Brooklyn Chapel with her funeral service to follow at 4:00 pm, Pastor Jeff Sheeks will officiate.
She was born on November 22 , 1946 in Owosso, Michigan to Howard and Velva (Horton) Kendall. Janet married James Reisinger in 1967 and they divorced in 1978, they had one daughter together. She then found love again, marrying Harrison Bradley in 1987, they had 24 wonderful years together until his passing in 2011. Informally she married Saron “Bill” Marquardt, who later passed away in 2022. She will be remembered as an extremely likeable, giving, outgoing people person. Janet graduated from Owosso High School in 1964 and Western Michigan University, class of 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education. She was employed at Kramer Triad approximately 15 years and the University of Michigan for 25 years before retirement. Janet then took up employment at the Brooklyn Super 8 to fill her need to be with people. She enjoyed boating on Vineyard Lake, fishing and playing cards. Earlier, Janet was a crafter, and loved to listen to country music and line dance. She and Bill frequented many local establishments, including the Eagles of Irish Hills, Big Boy of Brooklyn, and casinos in Michigan. Janet was a member of the Unity Church of Jackson for many years. Above all, Janet loved spending time with her family and friends. She will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Erica (Martin) McNair, two granddaughters Acacia and Brianna McNair; and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harrison Bradley and Bill Marquardt.
