Janet Elaine Clark's Obituary
Aged 85, of Pleasant Lake, passed away at home, June 11, 2019 under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Caring Hospice. Janet is survived by 4 sons, Douglas (Debbie) Clark, David Clark, Donald Clark and Dale (Ronda) Clark, all of Jackson; 7 grandchildren, Billy (Kristen) Clark, Douglas Clark, Wesley (Autumn) Clark, all of Jackson, Krayton (Neil) Coatsworth of Onondaga, Sharon (Danny) Priebe of Lancaster, MO, Janette (Kyle) Altenbernt, Codie Clark, Justin (Kayla) Fagan, all of Jackson and Kyle (Tabatha) Fagan of Detroit; numerous great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Paula (David) Smith of Jackson, Adrienee Lynn Amos of New Caney, TX, Mary (Don) Fraser of Spring Hill, TN, Claudia Pitts and brother, Rex (Patty) Pitts, both of Jackson. Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Clark of 48 years and her parents Adrien and Irene Pitts.
Janet worked at Willbee Concrete for 24 years and Alltel Phone Company for 14 years. After retirement, she worked at Sam's club as a door greater for 12 years. She loved being around people, singing and always smiling. She wanted to give a special thanks to Great Lakes Caring Hospice and her nurse Angie Carr along with her granddaughters, Sharon and Janette for their endless caring, love, and support. A Memorial Gathering to celebrate her life will be held at the funeral home Friday, June 14, 2019 at 1 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
