Janice Ann Reimers' Obituary
Age 85, of Napoleon Township, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family December 14, 2014. She is survived by five daughters; Katrina Reimers, Lauri Olney, Gretchen (Jeff) Corwin, Jan (Kevin) Benjamin and Rebecca Reimers, two sons; Tim (Jeanne) Reimers and Richard Reimers, twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, four siblings; Elinor Currier, Bonnie (Tony) Krupa, Jack (Annette) Williams and Larry (Mary) Williams, two sisters-in-law, Lillian Reimers and Ruth Smith, special people in her life, former son-in-law Rick Olney, Scott Clemons, Richard Walters, Sally and Dave Wright, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 1989, parents; Jack and Pauline (maiden-Storey) Williams and her sister June White. She had been active with the Ezra Eby Elementary School HOSTS program and retired from the repair department of the Frontier Communications (Southern Telephone) after 27 years of service. Services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 11 am with Pastor Tim Flickinger of the Jackson Free Methodist Church officiating. Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Jackson County Animal Shelter (3370 Spring Arbor Road, Jackson, MI 49203) or the Alzheimers Association (2111 University Park Drive Suite 200, Okemos, MI 48864). Her family would like to give special thanks to caregiver Debbie Corbell.
