Jeffery Duane Dillaha {Papa bear, 56, of Brooklyn, MI passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Born on March 25, 1969, in Westland MI he was a devoted and Godly husband to Tina Dillaha and a loving father to Amber {Mike} Hamilton, Matthew {Macy} Miles, Christopher Miles and Aaron {Littleman} Miles.
He was a hardworking, God fearing, loving and dedicated man to his family and friends alike. His love for the Lord touched everyone and he provided a great example of what it means to love the lord.
He spent many years taking care of his mom and family. Jeff was a wonderful and loving grandfather to his seven grandchildren, Nevaeh, Michael, Sylas, Khloee, Khyleigh, Hunter, and RayLynn.
Though he did not like being the center of attention, he deserves to have his long years of fatherly love honored. He was a man of many qualities such as his integrity, faithfulness, kindness, love and generosity, and he left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Jeff’s hobbies and interests helped define who he was. He enjoyed weightlifting body building, woodworking and studying his bible. Jeff was a passionate Michigan sports fan, especially his love for the University of Michigan Football {“Go Blue”}, Detroit Tigers Baseball and Detroit Lions Football.
He loved to travel with his wife and three dogs, Piper, Bentley, and Lucy. His favorite place was in Petoskey, Michigan where he and his wife got married and being on or near Lake Michigan.
Jeff is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and his brother Danny {DeeDee} Dillaha, as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and many extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Jeff chose to be cremated and there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following Go Fund Me to help with medical expenses and funeral costs.
We find comfort in knowing that he is with his Lord and Savior wrapped in his arms. His legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us; the love he gave us and the memories we will cherish forever.
