Jerry and I played football together at Brooklyn High School and hunted the woods near his home. Jerry was a fine football player and sportsman. He was always quick with a ready smile and laughter. He always seemed joyful to see his friends when he met them. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace with the Angels of Light.
So I worked with Jerry at the Ford plant and spent about 3-4 years riding into the plant with him in the van pool out of Manchester. For all that time and then for a couple of years after that whenever I would see him in the plant, I never saw him upset or angry - always had a smile on his face and an easy chuckle (even at 5:30 a.m.)!
Sorry we never got to deer hunt together, life got in the way…….

Forever in debt to my uncle Jerry. He stuck with me from the time I caught him in woods and he had a fire going while watching football, to the time I was so cold (20') I got outta tree stand and quit for the morning (of course he was in a pair of jeans and flannel, meanwhile I looked like a camouflage stay puff Marshmello kid)... or even the time I finally shot my first buck on the farm (not for lack of trying). There was one trip I looked forward to every year and it was my hunting trip to Michigan with uncle Jerry. Still 30 years later I repetitively tell the many stories from my trips. I'm forever greatful to have had him as a wonderful uncle and helping me make amazing memories I'll absolutely never forget.

All of our condolences we got to know Jerry over last couple years as we were remodeling our house it was always nice to see jerry come over and check on progress and have great conversations about all different things,what a great Patriot as well as great person we will miss his life stories and genuine great heart ,alot learned and just a great neighbor that surely will be missed.We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have known him
